Tattooing-Requires written, notarized consent of a minor's parent or legal guardian in order to tattoo a minor.
Body Piercing-Prohibits the piercing of a minor without the written, notarized consent of the parent or legal guardian.
We will Tattoo minors between the ages of 16 and 18 with the notarized consent form.
We will pierce the navel, eyebrows, ears, lips, and noses of minors between the ages of 16 and 18.
We will only pierce the ears of children below the age of 16.
Minor and guardian will need a government issued photo ID ( State DL, State ID, or Passport ) which is current, has the picture, and the birthdate.
